What You'll Do12
- 1Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items emphasizing grilling braising poaching roasting and sautéing
- 2Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation including salads and sandwiches
- 3Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines for consistency quality and presentation
- 4Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including grills ovens fryers and food preparation tools
- 5Serve food directly to students with friendly respectful and enthusiastic service
- 6Operate POS system and accurately process student and guest transactions
- 7Prepare specialized meals accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies
- 8Maintain attractive clean organized and well-stocked serving line and workstation
- 9Follow all food safety sanitation and HACCP guidelines preventing cross-contamination
- 10Receive rotate and store food supplies using FIFO procedures
- 11Assist with setup breakdown cleaning and closing duties to ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
- 12Collaborate with kitchen team and communicate effectively with coworkers students faculty and management
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in culinary roles
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
