What You'll Do9
- 1Welcome guests and create a friendly first impression, explaining burger-chan's customizable ordering system.
- 2Accurately take and enter orders, process payments on the POS system, and handle cash and card transactions.
- 3Prepare fountain drinks and beverage orders, ensuring quality and consistency.
- 4Run food to tables quickly and accurately, checking orders for presentation and completeness.
- 5Manage takeout and online orders, organizing them for pickup and verifying accuracy.
- 6Clear, clean, and reset tables, maintaining a spotless dining room, beverage station, and counters.
- 7Restock FOH supplies and follow food safety and sanitation procedures throughout the shift.
- 8Communicate with kitchen and FOH teammates to keep service flowing, helping wherever needed during rushes.
- 9Complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next shift.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- 2Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- 3Comfortable bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- 4Open availability for a full-time schedule, including day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
- 5Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- 6Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- 7Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- 8Willingness to learn and accept feedback in a fast-paced environment.
