BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks a dynamic Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations. This part-time role supports a large team in delivering exceptional member experiences across Philadelphia locations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Coach and develop team members to ensure excellent service standards
- 2Model member service excellence and provide coaching
- 3Drive membership metrics through acquisition and retention strategies
- 4Utilize observation forms and productivity boards to monitor performance
- 5Manage cash transactions and resolve member issues promptly
- 6Maintain clean and organized club environments
- 7Supervise cashiers and support front-end operations
- 8Process payments and issue refunds accurately
- 9Stay current with promotions and product information
- 10Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
- 11Act as backup for membership sales ambassadors
Requirements6
- 15+ years leading frontline retail teams
- 2Prior membership or sales experience preferred
- 3Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 4Ability to lift 30 pounds independently
- 5Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- 6Commitment to inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
