Overview
You own the customer experience at the register and on the sales floor. You process purchases, returns, and merchandise with speed and accuracy, keeping the store clean and organized. You support a positive store culture by modeling honesty and respect with every interaction. Your role also backs loss prevention and safety standards that protect the team and the store.
What You'll Do10
- 1Engage every customer with a friendly greeting and embody customer experience principles in each interaction.
- 2Ring purchases and returns accurately, counting change back to customers according to established procedures.
- 3Promote credit and loyalty programs to drive customer retention.
- 4Maintain merchandising standards by following established procedures for product placement and presentation.
- 5Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, using company standards for tagging and placement.
- 6Initiate and complete store recovery throughout the day to keep shelves stocked and aisles clear.
- 7Sustain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and throughout the store.
- 8Participate in store shrink reduction goals by monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies.
- 9Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
- 10Accept and provide constructive feedback to support personal and team growth.

- 1Excellent customer service skills with a focus on engagement and interaction.
- 2Flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- 3Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
