What You'll Do9
- 1Greet and assist members promptly and professionally
- 2Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the club
- 3Follow AP protection procedures and monitor entry/exit activities
- 4Process returns and handle bag inspections for security compliance
- 5Operate electronic article surveillance systems and respond to alarms
- 6Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Gold Member Standards
- 7Escalate member concerns appropriately and maintain positive interactions
- 8Support inventory management and restocking tasks as needed
- 9Participate in store operations and seasonal initiatives
Requirements7
- 15+ years of retail customer service experience
- 218 years of age requirement applies
- 3Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 4Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Familiarity with mobile devices and handheld technology
- 6Valid driver’s license for vehicle access
- 7Commitment to maintaining a welcoming member environment
