Front Desk Supervisor, Hotel
Overview
You will own front desk operations at Best Western Bar Harbour, leading a team of Front Desk Associates to deliver exceptional guest service. You will set service standards, manage training, and handle scheduling and basic disciplinary actions. This role offers career advancement and a flexible schedule in a supportive environment. You will work closely with the General Manager daily to coordinate staff and hotel areas.
