Overview

You own the guest experience as the first point of contact at Triple Shift Entertainment's front desk. Manage bowling lane flow, equipment, and payments across a high-volume entertainment center. What You'll Do8

  • 1Greet guests with Spirit: Welcome, direct, and maintain a positive, focused attitude.
  • 2Manage lane scheduling: Assign lanes, process reservations and walk-in requests, and balance walk-ins with existing bookings.
  • 3Educate guests on pricing and promotions: Clearly explain options for lanes, shoes, and current deals.
  • 4Process payments: Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
  • 5Assist with equipment: Fit guests for bowling shoes and maintain a clean, organized shoe and ball area.
  • 6Monitor equipment safety: Remove chipped or cracked balls from racks and ball returns; report mechanical issues to the pinsetter tech.
  • 7Resolve customer concerns with Courage: Escalate complaints to the manager on duty when needed.
  • 8Support teammates: Assist with cleaning and organizing the front desk area and other duties as assigned.

Requirements6

  • 11+ years in customer service roles.
  • 2Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems.
  • 3Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 4Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 5Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
  • 6Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (bowling balls).
