What You'll Do9
- 1Check guests in and out while making changes, cashing checks, and posting charges to guest accounts
- 2Welcome and register guests, fulfill requests, and follow security and credit policies
- 3Conduct themselves discreetly in all guest areas and know emergency procedures
- 4Communicate promotions and enhancements to staff and guests
- 5Select and block rooms for arriving guests using the computer system
- 6Preregister individuals or groups and assist in escorting VIPs and returning guests
- 7Offer special arrangements during stays and coordinate future visits
- 8Perform any additional duties assigned by management
- 9Maintain professionalism, handle cash and credit transactions, and multitask under pressure
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 2 years front desk or hotel experience
- 2Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- 3College degree in hospitality business administration or related field
- 4Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- 5Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 6AAP/EEO Statement included
