The Freight Flow Lead directly impacts brand standards and teammate experience. Guided by Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager they serve as the in-store expert focusing on customer service and teammate coaching. What You'll Do10
- 1Plans and controls 30-day operations with Assistant Store Manager aligning workforce for daily assignments and events
- 2Builds people-first culture by connecting with teammates to foster trust respect and inclusion
- 3Assists leadership with store operations including opening closing front end cash and firearm sales compliance
- 4Upholds merchandising standards by following floor sets signage and inventory practices
- 5Coaches teammates on procedures and programs including onboarding and cross-training
- 6Prioritizes personal and team development by teaching the why behind tasks and processes
- 7Leads by example supporting organizational vision and ensuring safe respectful environment
- 8Maintains confidentiality adheres to safety loss prevention and SOPs
- 9Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach supporting store across all areas
- 10Performs additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in retail environments
- 3Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- 4Ability to lift 15 to 50 lbs items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- 5Ability to lift 70 lbs+ items intermittently up to 15 times per hour with assistance
- 6Experience working at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders aerial devices or platforms
