Overview
This remote contract role pairs seasoned finance professionals with a leading AI lab to turn real-world FP&A and treasury expertise into training data. You'll design realistic financial scenarios, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide feedback that helps AI reason like a finance team. What You'll Do4
- 1Create practical, realistic scenarios drawn from your own FP&A and treasury work, such as operating budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analyses, 13-week cash flow projections, daily cash positioning, bank administration, FX revaluation, debt covenant tracking, and formula-driven financial models.
- 2Assess and compare AI-generated FP&A and treasury outputs to ensure they are accurate, logically sound, and use reasonable assumptions.
- 3Write clear, actionable feedback on where the AI's planning and cash management outputs are strong or need improvement.
- 4Work independently and communicate asynchronously with the research team to refine training approaches.
Requirements5
- 1A finance or MBA background with solid financial modeling skills and practical experience in cash or treasury operations.
- 2Prior corporate FP&A or treasury experience at a mid-size or larger organization.
- 3A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4Strong written communication and a careful, detail-oriented approach.
- 5A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus for candidates with a treasury focus.
