What You'll Do8
- 1Partner with Director of Finance to support budgeting forecasting and reporting
- 2Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct variance analysis
- 3Build and maintain financial models budgets and forecasts
- 4Improve monthly close speed and accuracy with staff accountant
- 5Track KPIs and provide ad hoc financial analysis
- 6Support process improvements across finance functions
- 7Collaborate with accounting and finance teams with a proactive attitude
- 8Own financial planning initiatives and deliver actionable insights
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field or 4 years+ experience without degree
- 22+ years FP&A financial analysis or corporate finance experience
- 3Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling budgeting forecasting
- 4Experience preparing financial reports
- 5Analytical organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- 6Collaborative team-first attitude and ability to wear multiple hats
- 7Experience with Power BI JD Edwards or other ERP systems
- 8Manufacturing or distribution industry background preferred
Salary Insight
$75 - $85k per year
