Foster Care Clinical Coordinator - Trinity Youth Services
Overview
Trinity Youth Services seeks a Clinical Coordinator to lead foster care treatment across Southern California locations. You will oversee youth and family cases manage therapist caseloads and ensure clinical interventions meet contract standards. This role includes supervision of associate therapists and ongoing training while maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do5
- 1Own intake discharge and ongoing treatment for foster youth and families
- 2Oversee caseloads of therapists and verify adequacy of clinical interventions
- 3Provide individual and group supervision for associate therapists including case note review
- 4Represent agency in external matters and ensure adherence to ethical standards
- 5Conduct training and maintain compliance with California Administrative Code Title 22
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in a relevant field and MFT or LCSW licensure
- 221 years of age with valid California driver’s license and clean criminal record
- 3Experience with DMH or DBH contracts preferred and familiarity with EHR reporting systems
- 4Bilingual Spanish English communication skills and ability to operate a vehicle
- 5Passion for child welfare and commitment to professional development

$78 - $80k per year
