Overview

Trinity Youth Services seeks a Clinical Coordinator to lead foster care treatment across Southern California locations. What You'll Do5

  • 1Own intake discharge and ongoing treatment for foster youth and families
  • 2Oversee caseloads of therapists and verify adequacy of clinical interventions
  • 3Provide individual and group supervision for associate therapists including case note review
  • 4Represent agency in external matters and ensure adherence to ethical standards
  • 5Conduct training and maintain compliance with California Administrative Code Title 22

Requirements5

  • 1Master’s degree in a relevant field and MFT or LCSW licensure
  • 221 years of age with valid California driver’s license and clean criminal record
  • 3Experience with DMH or DBH contracts preferred and familiarity with EHR reporting systems
  • 4Bilingual Spanish English communication skills and ability to operate a vehicle
  • 5Passion for child welfare and commitment to professional development
