What You'll Do9
- 1Partner directly with customers to understand workflows and technical environments

- 4Troubleshoot complex implementation and infrastructure challenges
- 5Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform based on feedback
- 6Guide customers through technical architecture and deployment processes
- 7Develop reusable tools and documentation to enhance delivery across customers
- 8Support pilots and proofs of concept to help customers transition to production
- 9Identify recurring customer needs that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities
Requirements9
- 13+ years of experience in software engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles
- 2Strong coding skills in Python JavaScript TypeScript Java Go or C++
- 3Experience building APIs integrations data pipelines or production applications
- 4Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure
- 5Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- 6Strong debugging and systems thinking abilities
- 7Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 8Comfort managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously
- 9Willingness to travel periodically based on company and customer environment
