GRAIL seeks a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy AI solutions across multiple domains. This role drives scalable software development while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will own AI-enabled applications and contribute to enterprise initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deploy AI-enabled software applications and machine learning services
- 2Implement high-quality secure software following industry standards
- 3Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science to translate requirements into technical solutions
- 4Contribute to AI model integration prompt engineering and model evaluation
- 5Develop automated tests CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- 6Evaluate new AI frameworks and cloud services to improve productivity
- 7Maintain and enhance software architecture through design reviews and code reviews
- 8Troubleshoot moderately complex software and AI integration issues
- 9Support production operations and incident response
- 10Partner with Quality Regulatory Security teams for compliance
- 11Adapt to evolving business needs and take on varied responsibilities
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 23-5 years professional software development experience
- 3Proficiency in Python and additional languages like Java C# C++ or JavaScript/TypeScript
- 4Experience with AI frameworks PyTorch TensorFlow or Hugging Face preferred
- 5Working knowledge of AWS Azure or GCP cloud platforms
- 6Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines containerization and Agile methodologies
- 7Knowledge of databases REST APIs microservices and software integration
- 8Experience in healthcare biotechnology or regulated environments preferred
- 9Understanding of cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance
- 10Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
