The Forklift Operator will move, load, unload, and stack products using powered industrial equipment at scale in a Phoenix distribution setting. You will work within a safety focused team to meet customer shipping and receiving demands and support inventory management. This role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement in a fast moving supply chain environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move products safely
- 2Load and unload materials and store products in designated areas
- 3Ship and receive goods with accurate labeling and documentation
- 4Perform daily safety inspections and maintain a ready facility for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs
- 5Track inventory using systems and complete cycle counts as required
- 6Communicate incidents to supervisor and participate in housekeeping tasks as needed
- 7Complete cycle counts and rotate stock according to procedures
- 8Print labels and scan products to update inventory in real time
- 9Contribute to process improvements and safe operating practices
- 10Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements6
- 1Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
- 2Licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 4Pass Background and Drug screen
- 5Basic computer skills
- 6Attention to detail
