Forklift Driver Reach Truck Indianapolis
Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck driver to join our warehouse team in Indianapolis IN. You will operate powered industrial equipment to move load and support efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has prior Reach Truck experience and a commitment to safety.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operate a reach truck forklift to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse and designated work areas
- 2Work as part of a team to load and unload materials
- 3Comply with company policies and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- 4Meet quality and performance requirements as outlined by QA and production standards
- 5Accurately pick pack check and load products to and from designated areas
- 6Move materials packed on pallets or crates around the storage facility
- 7Stack loads in correct storage bays following inventory control instructions
- 8Operate packing machines to ensure inbound outbound schedules are met
- 9Inspect machinery to determine repair needs and guarantee safety through regular maintenance
- 10Keep accurate production records and report issues
- 11Demonstrate ability to follow directions from multiple supervisors
Requirements13
- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent
- 21 year of related work experience
- 3Reach Truck experience required
- 4OSHA forklift certification preferred
- 5RF Scanner experience preferred
- 6Strong attention to detail and efficient basic computer skills
- 7Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- 8Proficient reading writing and speaking English
- 9Spanish speaking preferred
- 10Safety toe boots/shoes required
- 11Full-time temp-to-hire position
- 12Available shifts 1st 6am 230pm 2nd 200pm 1030pm 3rd Sunday thursday 1030pm 630am
