Join our boutique law firm in Atlanta as a Georgia-licensed attorney specializing in Creditors Forfeiture litigation. You will own creditors foreclosure matters across Georgia representing banks lenders and financial institutions. This 100% remote position offers competitive compensation between $120,000 and $180,000 annually. Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience handling both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures in Georgia.
What You'll Do10
- 1Manage a portfolio of creditors foreclosure matters from referral through post-judgment proceedings
- 2Represent mortgage lenders loan servicers investors and other creditors in foreclosure actions throughout Georgia
- 3Prepare review and file pleadings motions notices affidavits and other foreclosure-related legal documents
- 4Ensure compliance with Georgia foreclosure statutes court rules investor guidelines and applicable federal regulations
- 5Attend hearings mediations and other court appearances as needed
- 6Provide legal guidance regarding contested foreclosures title issues bankruptcy matters and loss mitigation
- 7Communicate regularly with clients about case strategy status updates and legal developments
- 8Review loan documentation and title reports to identify legal issues impacting foreclosure actions
- 9Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to efficiently manage case workflow and deadlines
- 10Maintain accurate case management records while meeting client reporting requirements
Requirements11
- 15+ years handling GA Creditors Foreclosure matters including both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
- 2Creditors Bankruptcy and/or Real Estate Closing experience preferred
- 3Georgia license required
- 43-5 seasons of relevant professional experience
- 5CPC Card or equivalent certification in foreclosure law
- 6AWS Certified cloud computing knowledge not required but appreciated
- 7React framework proficiency beneficial for document automation tasks
- 8Kubernetes experience helpful for internal tool development
- 9Python scripting skills advantageous for data analysis tasks
- 10BCBA certification optional for behavioral economics insights
- 11HELOC expertise preferred within diverse loan portfolios
