What You'll Do10
- 1Build and portion food according to recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
- 2Prepare, wash, cut, and measure produce and ingredients for service.
- 3Move pans and trays between workstations following safety procedures.
- 4Store and rotate food in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating, and sanitation.
- 5Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- 6Distribute supplies and maintain organized service stations.
- 7Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolve concerns with supervisor guidance.
- 8Follow company service standards and cash and inventory procedures.
- 9Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and food handling requirements.
- 10Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
