What You'll Do10
- 1Build cash handling accuracy by processing sales, issuing receipts, making change, and recording transactions to ensure precise reported revenue
- 2Design and execute friendly service steps while assisting customers and resolving inquiries in a service oriented manner
- 3Lead sanitation and food safety by cleaning areas, equipment, and utensils and storing foods per rotation procedures
- 4Ship food items from prep areas to service points and maintain correct temperatures and portions using standard recipes
- 5Own replenishment of condiments, beverages, and general supplies while keeping service area clean and organized
- 6Drive collaboration with supervisors to communicate customer feedback and operational needs
- 7Perform prep tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning fruits and vegetables
- 8Manage inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure proper dating and wrapping of food items
- 9Process sales transactions at the cash register and handle various payment methods with accuracy
- 10Support other duties as assigned to keep dining operations efficient and compliant
Requirements5
- 1Previous food service and customer service experience preferred but not required
- 2Full time and part time availability Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- 3Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as part of food service duties
- 4Strong attention to sanitation, safety, and accuracy in handling cash and food items
- 5Ability to operate a cash register and reconcile cash drawer with standard procedures
