What You'll Do9
- 1Prep fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding.
- 2Weigh and measure ingredients for recipes and production standards.
- 3Transport pans, kettles, and trays between stations, stove, and refrigerator safely.
- 4Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
- 5Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
- 6Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment to serving stations.
- 7Serve customers following outlined steps of service with a friendly approach.
- 8Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to your supervisor.
- 9Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
Requirements5
- 10-1+ years of food service experience preferred, but willing to train.
- 2Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 3Basic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients.
- 4Food safety knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
- 5Available to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
