What You'll Do10
- 1Greet patients visitors and staff warmly at the cashier station and coffee bar
- 2Provide prompt friendly service during meal service address questions about menu items coffee orders and prices
- 3Process customer transactions using cash credit cards and digital payments provide correct change and receipts balance registers at start and end of each shift report discrepancies to supervisor
- 4Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks operate and clean commercial coffee machines follow safety and hygiene standards
- 5Educate customers about coffee menu items and suggest options based on preferences
- 6Assist in food prep or meal assembly during busy periods ensure food and beverage displays are well stocked and visually appealing
- 7Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier station dining area assist with restocking napkins utensils condiments and other supplies
- 8Report low-stock items to the Food Service Supervisor
- 9Adhere to food safety sanitation and health regulations follow organization guidelines for handling food and beverages
- 10Work closely with kitchen staff servers and management to ensure efficient workflow assist other staff with tasks as necessary
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Previous experience as a cashier or barista preferred especially in healthcare or food service
- 3Basic math skills accurate cash handling abilities
- 4Strong interpersonal communication skills dependability punctuality
- 5Physical stamina frequent standing walking lifting up to 25 pounds ability to work in fast-paced environment
