What You'll Do8
- 1Build and design workflows to safely transport food from the kitchen to tables using proper manual handling and safe lifting practices
- 2Assist servers by bussing tables clearing dishes and resetting for new guests to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- 3Ensure timely delivery of food orders coordinating with kitchen staff to meet high service standards
- 4Support food preparation tasks as needed including plating or garnishing dishes under supervision
- 5Maintain cleanliness of service areas including wiping down surfaces and disposing of trash in designated bins
- 6Handle guest requests promptly and courteously providing excellent in-person customer service
- 7Scale operations by optimizing service processes during peak periods
- 8Drive guest satisfaction through consistent reliable performance and positive attitude
Requirements6
- 1Full weekend availability required
- 2Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- 3Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests
- 4Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks while practicing safe lifting techniques
- 5Familiarity with bussing cleaning and maintaining cleanliness standards in a busy restaurant setting
- 6Excellent guest service skills with a friendly energetic approach that enhances the dining experience
Salary Insight
$42 - $52k per year
