What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare menu items by following recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- 2Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- 3Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
- 4Maintain cleanliness of workstations utensils and appliances in compliance with food safety standards
- 5Handle food carefully adhering to proper handling procedures to prevent contamination
- 6Support catering events by preparing large quantities while maintaining quality
- 7Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation timing and presentation
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven experience in food preparation cooking or related culinary role
- 3Strong knowledge of safety standards in production including proper food handling and sanitation
- 4Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment safely
- 5Excellent knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques
- 6Experience with menu planning recipe adherence and meal preparation processes
- 7Familiarity with food industry best practices for cleanliness and hygiene management
- 8Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members
- 9Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience preferred
- 10Catering experience desirable
