What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct pre-walks to assess tile hardwood and carpet projects against quotes
- 2Review labor rates and adjust quotes based on confirmed information
- 3Provide daily direction to installers and resolve issues professionally
- 4Coordinate all job aspects including materials labor and change orders
- 5Manage work orders and payroll deadlines
- 6Develop career paths for installers and attract new talent
- 7Handle scheduling conflicts and coordinate with internal departments
- 8Onboard and train new installers with growth strategies
- 9Resolve personnel conflicts and manage customer communications
- 10Maintain CRM systems and respond to inquiries promptly
- 11Perform physical tasks such as lifting and kneeling
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified
- 3CPC Card
- 45+ years experience with Python
- 53-5 seasons managing construction teams
