Overview
Element seeks a detail-oriented professional to join as Fleet Specialist at our Pittsburgh location. This role supports the Fleet Manager by handling operational tasks and reporting. You will ensure flawless execution and maintain high client satisfaction.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support vehicle ordering and disposition compliance management reporting
- 2Take direction on strategic projects and coordinate research execution
- 3Anticipate client needs and proactively assist with project planning
- 4Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles equipment titles and assets
- 5Prepare and deliver scheduled ad hoc reports on fleet performance compliance and utilization
- 6Act as liaison between Element internal teams and client contacts
- 7Coordinate with suppliers for consistent service delivery and issue resolution
- 8Recommend best-in-class fleet practices and share process enhancement ideas
- 9Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the Fleet Manager
- 10Contribute to high client satisfaction through responsive support
- 11Support FPS team initiatives and internal process improvement projects
Requirements10
- 12–5 years of relevant experience in client success fleet operations or logistics coordination
- 2Minimum 1 year direct fleet management experience
- 3CAFS certification required or obtainable within 12–18 months
- 4Strong prioritization and deadline management abilities
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6Education: College/University degree preferred
- 7Proficiency with Smartsheet Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems
- 8Foundational knowledge of fleet management principles
- 9Demonstrated ownership accountability and analytical problem solving
- 10Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and client stakeholders
Salary Insight
$60 - $83k per year
