You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a growing fleet of vehicles operating across multiple sites in Kansas City. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform routine preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles to minimize downtime
  • 2Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns and implement fixes
  • 3Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational performance
  • 4Repair and replace components including brakes, steering systems, suspension, and other critical systems
  • 5Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • 6Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
  • 7Collaborate with technicians and leadership to meet service schedules and deadlines
  • 8Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify vehicle issues
  • 9Help reduce downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
  • 10Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements9

  • 1Previous experience as a Fleet Maintenance Technician or Automotive Technician
  • 2Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • 3Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
  • 4Experience working on fleet vehicles is a plus
  • 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 7Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
  • 8Valid driver's license required
  • 9ASE certifications are a plus but not required
