What You'll Do16
- 1Manage FinancialView solution delivery and client relationships
- 2Improve dealer profitability through collaborative financial improvements
- 3Audit dealer financials and provide ad hoc Excel SQL reports
- 4Translate data into actionable business insights
- 5Develop new features and fix bugs with internal development team
- 6Create client databases using Urban Science proprietary software
- 7Maintain software installations and update systems as needed
- 8Respond to client inquiries promptly to enhance satisfaction
- 9Establish long-term business relationships with clients
- 10Design and manage client databases for accurate data
- 11Lead project status presentations to clients and management
- 12Assess competitive conditions to identify business opportunities
- 13Participate in Urban Science training programs
- 14Support change initiatives impacting workflow and performance
- 15Promote employee engagement initiatives
- 16Prioritize duties as assigned by manager
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Professional proficiency in French-Canadian language
- 3Background in finance or powersports/automotive industries
- 4Minimum 6 years related work experience
- 5Certification of Consultant in one practice area or Apprentice in two areas
- 6People First leadership training or equivalent
- 7Intro to Operations Research certification
- 8Ability to use relational databases and SQL
- 9Strong MS Excel charting and graphing skills
- 10Experience with MS Word PowerPoint Access and Visio
- 11Project management skills with MS Project proficiency
- 12University degree with technical focus preferred
