What You'll Do11
- 1Collects and reviews financial aid documents for completeness and accuracy from FAFSA and other sources
- 2Requests additional information for incomplete applications
- 3Answers student and staff inquiries about financial aid eligibility
- 4Manages outbound communication campaigns to ensure file completion
- 5Partners with FASS team to provide tier 2 assistance
- 6Follows up on document requests to guarantee timely receipt
- 7Assumes additional duties as directed by leadership
- 8Utilizes CRM systems to track student interactions
- 9Applies financial aid knowledge to resolve student obstacles
- 10Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processing efficiency
- 11Documents actions taken to maintain audit trails
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- 2Three years of customer service experience
- 3Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions in call centers
- 4Knowledge of financial aid policies and procedures
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- 6Familiarity with CRM platforms
- 7Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- 8Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
- 9Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 10Experience with government regulations related to financial aid
