Overview
Lead financial planning and analysis for distribution centers overseeing budgets forecasting and accounting. Partner with business leaders to establish cross-functional relationships and present results to executive management.

- 4Assist with monthly forecasts and close processes for distribution centers
- 5Collaborate with logistics and trade compliance groups on freight standards
- 6Report cost per unit analysis and analyze variances against forecasts
- 7Monitor cycle counts and implement corrective actions
- 8Prepare ad hoc analyses for functional and corporate management
- 9Analyze major programs and capital projects
- 10Establish metrics and develop concise reporting dashboards
- 11Support special projects and capital funding requests
- 12Track performance and plan capital spending through detailed reports
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or Business
- 3Minimum 1+ years experience in DE&I and EEOC compliance
- 4Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Ability to extract data from ERP systems
- 6Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- 7Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- 8Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology
- 9Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication abilities
- 10Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
