What You'll Do10

- 4Assess capital structure and funding alternatives including cash debt tax‑exempt bonds incentives and grants support due diligence and financing execution with Treasury Legal and external advisors.
- 5Translate actual costs commitments forecasts contingency use and key assumptions into executive reports variance explanations risks and recommendations.
- 6Establish and maintain project finance governance modeling standards approval controls and reporting requirements monitor compliance with authorized budgets and decisions.
- 7Quantify financial risks related to cost escalation interest rates schedule scope market conditions and operations recommend and monitor mitigation actions.
- 8Provide functional leadership for project finance workstreams present analysis and recommendations to project leadership executive governance bodies and the Board.
- 9Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with development goals ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic growth initiatives.
- 10Travel up to 20 percent annually attend company summits and other business‑related events.
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 28+ years progressive experience in corporate finance FP&A project finance development finance real estate finance investment analysis
- 3Advanced financial modeling cash‑flow forecasting scenario analysis and capital‑planning capability with expert‑level Excel proficiency
- 4Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional decisions and communicate concise financial insights to senior executives
- 5Working knowledge of development economics construction cost schedule dependencies financing structures and financial governance
- 6Preferred experience with large‑scale commercial mixed‑use hospitality institutional or corporate headquarters development
- 7Experience with debt or tax‑exempt bond financing public incentives grants or other complex funding sources
- 8MBA or relevant credential such as CFA CPA CCIM
- 9Experience with enterprise planning reporting business intelligence or project‑controls systems
