Field Site Inspector, Healthcare Compliance & Medicare
Overview
You will own on-site inspection services for Medicare and Medicaid providers across a defined territory. You will document findings using mobile devices, verify provider credentials, and ensure compliance with CMS standards. You will work independently, collaborating with desktop inspectors to deliver accurate reports. This role offers 7 paid holidays and a structured training path for career growth.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct independent on-site inspections of Medicare and Medicaid providers in your assigned geographic area.
- 2Document observations, activities, and relevant findings using mobile devices (tablets and cell phones).
- 3Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards during all inspections.
- 4Manage workload efficiently to meet assignment deadlines.
- 5Review and verify credentials, including education, training, licensure, and certification for healthcare providers.
- 6Ensure providers meet all qualifications detailed on site-specific checklists.
- 7Collaborate with Desktop Inspectors and PEO SVS staff for execution and reporting.
- 8Maintain professional attire and demeanor in all provider interactions.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years of driving experience with a valid driver's license.
- 3Proficient with laptop computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- 4Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours, including weekends.
- 5Successful completion of the Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation course.
- 6Successful completion of all required CMS and internal Site Inspector training.
