Field Service Technician, Boiler & Burner Systems
Overview
Field Service Technician will own on site service and maintenance of commercial and industrial boiler and burner systems at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance at scale with a focus on safety and reliability. You will join a field team supporting customers across multiple sites and industries. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on boiler and burner systems at customer sites
- 2Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools and deliver effective resolutions
- 3Calibrate controls and conduct combustion testing to ensure performance and compliance
- 4Start up equipment, validate operation, and hand off to customers with clear documentation
- 5Support customers on site with technical guidance and follow up on service quality and reliability
Requirements7
- 15+ years of mechanical experience with commercial/industrial boiler systems
- 2Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- 3Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- 4Experience with combustion analysis and electrical testing tools preferred
- 5Valid driver's license required
- 6Technical certifications are a plus
- 7Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and travel as needed
