Own field service for off highway and on highway construction equipment at scale in the Phoenix area. You will diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and cooling systems on equipment like forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, booms, generators, and class 5-8 trucks. You will collaborate with the main office and customers to resolve issues and source parts as needed. This role emphasizes hands on repair, safety, and customer service in a field setting.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Build field service capabilities across diverse equipment by diagnosing issues and delivering repair outcomes within 90 days
  • 2Repair and maintain hydraulic, electrical, fuel, cooling, and diesel/gas engines on equipment including Fork Lifts and Skid Steers
  • 3Provide superior customer service to clients while resolving equipment issues in the field
  • 4Follow safety protocols and guidelines while traveling to and from job sites
  • 5Maintain high level of communication with main office and team members
  • 6Assist in sourcing parts and performing general labor tasks as needed

Requirements5

  • 15+ years of experience in field service or repair for construction equipment
  • 2Proficient in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, diagnostics and repair
  • 3Ability to diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines
  • 4Experience operating medium/heavy duty construction equipment
  • 5Comfort with soldering techniques for equipment repairs
