Field Sales Representative, Home Improvement Lead Generation
Overview
You will canvass Pittsburgh neighborhoods to generate qualified leads for residential construction services, including roofing, decks, concrete, and renovations. You'll own the full lead lifecycle from first contact to scheduled inspection, working independently with a 1099 contract. 2-5 years of field sales experience required. This role offers commission-based pay with strong earning potential, plus a flexible schedule that rewards self-driven performance. You'll represent a full-service contracting company known for quality workmanship and storm-related services.
What You'll Do7
- 1Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homeowners needing roofing, siding, decks, concrete, interior/exterior renovations, or storm-related repairs.
- 2Educate homeowners on Metalla Contracting LLC services including roofing, decks, concrete, garages, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters.
- 3Generate qualified leads and schedule free inspections for project managers.
- 4Maintain accurate logs of leads, addresses, and homeowner contact information.
- 5Follow up with leads to confirm appointments.
- 6Represent Metalla Contracting LLC professionally at all times.
- 7Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements6
- 12-5 years proven sales experience (field sales, door-to-door, canvassing, or similar).
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3Comfortable walking, canvassing, and speaking with homeowners.
- 4Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- 5Reliable transportation required.
- 6Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
