What You'll Do11
- 1Provide clinical oversight of patient care delivery
- 2Assess prospective clients using Health Risk Screening Tool and schedule meet and greets
- 3Write and review healthcare plans ensuring timely updates for all clients
- 4Conduct HRST reviews 90 days before birthdays or significant condition changes
- 5Verify scheduled and PRN medications monthly for multiple locations
- 6Perform clinical nursing assessments and approve documentation for home private and host care clients
- 7Supervise day-to-day clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- 8Act as Clinical Academy trainer and functional interviewer for staff and candidates
- 9Conduct compliance audits and participate in steering committee meetings
- 10Administer TB tests for candidates and new hires
- 11Drive clinical excellence through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading nursing teams in regulated environments
- 3CPC Card or equivalent certification
- 4AWS Certified cloud infrastructure expertise
- 55+ years experience with DBHDD and DCH regulations
- 6Current Registered Nurse licensure and CPR certification
- 7Valid driver’s license auto insurance and reliable transportation
- 8Degree from accredited nursing school
- 9Experience with Medicaid Medicare Waiver programs
- 10Proficiency with TB testing protocols
