Field Insurance Service Representative ACG
Overview
Full-time field representative supporting insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries for Auto Club Group members. This role combines service, problem-solving, and sales support to protect members while promoting ACG products. What You'll Do11
- 1Respond to insurance inquiries and explain product features
- 2Process insurance applications renewals and policy changes
- 3Provide quotes and identify cross-sell opportunities
- 4Handle payment collections and retention calls
- 5Assist with office events and community activities
- 6Maintain accurate records using insurance systems
- 7Complete mandatory training within six months
- 8Support outbound promotional and retention calls
- 9Prepare proposals and update member information
- 10Process monetary transactions and manage billing issues
- 11Deliver consistent customer-focused service in a high-volume environment
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- 3Ability to obtain all required state licenses
- 4Customer service communication skills
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- 6Strong math skills for accurate transactions
- 7Experience with insurance systems like PPS and IMS
- 8Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends
- 9Teamwork and independent work abilities
- 10Effective written and verbal communication
- 11Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
