- 4Contribute golden reference materials and templates for status, activity, and compliance reports commonly used across agencies and the military
- 5Help design guidelines, criteria, and rubrics to train AI models in federal report generation and staff writing
- 6Offer subject matter input on task design and requirements to improve project outputs
- 7Participate in feedback cycles to ensure deliverables align with evolving client standards

- 1Minimum of 3 years in federal reporting or staff writing within US defense or related agencies
- 2Experience producing templated reports like WARs, SITREPs, MARs, after action reports, and executive summaries
