What You'll Do9
- 1Build client relationships through compassionate advocacy and clear communication.
- 2Manage and resolve family law matters from filing to resolution with outcomes aligned to client goals.
- 3Lead case strategy reviews and collaborate with the Managing Attorney to drive favorable results.
- 4Ship efficient, compliant case workflows and ensure timely billable hours and documentation.
- 5Drive professional development by participating in quarterly attorney development training and CLEs.
- 6Pilot courtroom observations and participate in Advanced Family Law Seminars as available.
- 7Scale practice through mentorship, client referrals, and cross-team collaboration.
- 8Own accurate time tracking, billing and case management to maximize client satisfaction.
- 9Collaborate with colleagues to uphold firm values of Integrity, Industry, Compassion, Efficiency, and Adaptability.
Requirements5
- 1Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas or eligible for licensure
- 2Minimum 2 years of Family Law experience
- 3Demonstrated professional stability with no more than one role under 18 months in the last four positions
- 4Currently located in The Woodlands area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available)
- 5Strong communication, organizational, and client advocacy skills
Salary Insight
$110 - $160k per year
