What You'll Do9
- 1Build and develop your caseload delivering strategic legal guidance to clients
- 2Represent clients in contested hearings mediation negotiations and trial proceedings
- 3Develop tailored legal strategies addressing each client's unique goals

- 5Apply Texas Family Code knowledge to protect client interests

Requirements8
- 1Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 21+ year of legal experience
- 3Family law experience preferred but not required
- 4Strong legal research writing negotiation and analytical skills
