Overview

Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager leads a center’s maintenance and operations ensuring smooth, safe performance of all equipment and facilities. Manages a team of mechanics responsible for pinsetters, pinspotters, lane systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems. Partners with the General Manager to plan repairs, budgeting, and center upgrades while maintaining OSHA standards.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and lead an on site maintenance team to reliably run bowling equipment and building systems
  • 2Recruit hire and train B- and C-Mechanics and schedule daily work
  • 3Provide training on machine operation safety and preventive maintenance procedures
  • 4Monitor and maintain compliance with laws policies and safety procedures and track maintenance records
  • 5Plan budget obtain bids manage repairs and identify efficiency improvements in equipment and facilities

Requirements5

  • 15+ years of bowling mechanic experience
  • 2Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • 3Ability to supervise a technical staff and communicate needs clearly
  • 4Willingness to work weekends holidays and extended shifts
  • 5Ability to walk bend stand lift objects and perform physically demanding tasks
