What You'll Do11
- 1Guide operators using blueprints and work orders to ensure product quality

- 4Perform inspections with calipers micrometers and height gauges
- 5Cross-train employees and develop training programs
- 6Assist in hiring and performance reviews
- 7Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices
- 8Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- 9Manage inventory and coordinate material flow
- 10Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and efficiencies
- 11Collaborate with supervisors to resolve technical challenges
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Three or more years fabrication experience
- 3College degree with supervisory background preferred
- 4Expertise in GD&T and blueprint reading
- 5Proficiency with CNC laser cutters waterjet punch press brake plasma cutter
- 6Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including nights
- 8Commitment to safety and quality standards
- 9Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary Insight
$62 - $77k per year
