What You'll Do5
- 1Provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including roof house window and concrete cleaning
- 2Operate SoftWash Systems equipment perform daily inspections and maintain company vehicles
- 3Deliver exceptional customer experiences educate clients on property maintenance and recommend services
- 4Generate qualified sales opportunities handle paperwork digitally and attend training programs
- 5Climb ladders safely work outdoors in Florida weather and follow OSHA standards
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED valid Florida driver license with clean record ability to pass background check
- 2Ability to lift 75 pounds comfortable climbing ladders and working in hot weather
- 3Strong communication skills professional appearance and self‑motivation
- 4Preferred experience in pressure washing landscaping or HVAC but not required
- 5Sales or customer service background mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
