Requirements9

  • 16-8+ years experience in full-service resorts, hotels, country clubs, or banquet settings.
  • 2ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred.
  • 3Proven knowledge of FDA food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
  • 4Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
  • 5Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • 6Hands-on, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to kitchen leadership.
  • 7Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • 8TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) is required.
  • 9Ability to live and work onboard a vessel for extended periods (6-8 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off).
