Requirements11
- 1B.S. in Culinary Arts or related field or A.O.S. degree with experience
- 23-5 years progressive kitchen management experience
- 3Extensive catering experience preferred
- 4High volume complex foodservice operations experience
- 5Knowledge of food trends focusing on quality and sanitation
- 6Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- 7ServSafe certification preferred
- 8Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs
- 9Experience with Compass Group USA
- 10Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
