What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead all back-of-house operations at NVIDIA, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
  • 2Oversee the culinary program for the on-site bar, developing menus that pair with beer and wine.
  • 3Manage PM grab-and-go production, maintaining quality and freshness for 2,000+ daily orders.
  • 4Develop seasonal, globally inspired menus aligned with NVIDIA's wellness initiatives.
  • 5Train and mentor kitchen staff in techniques, safety, and ServSafe standards.
  • 6Partner with operations leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining services.
  • 7Control food and labor costs through inventory management and waste reduction.
  • 8Ensure compliance with all FDA and state food safety regulations.
  • 9Drive innovation by introducing new culinary concepts and sustainable practices.
  • 10Support high-profile events and executive dining with catering excellence.

Requirements10

  • 13-5 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume foodservice or corporate dining.
  • 2Associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent training and experience.
  • 3Hands-on Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience with strong operational expertise.
  • 4Experience overseeing bar food programs with knowledge of beer and wine pairings.
  • 5Proven ability to manage grab-and-go or retail food production programs.
  • 6Extensive catering and special events experience preferred.
  • 7Strong knowledge of global cuisine, wellness dining, and sustainability trends.
  • 8Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control.
  • 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and culinary management software.
  • 10ServSafe Certification required.
