Overview
Support the President of Fine Art Finance at Emigrant Bank in New York. Manage daily operations, communications, and business development for a high-performing finance division. Coordinate travel, meetings, and office systems while handling bookkeeping and budget preparation. This role directly impacts the efficiency of executive leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Manage all communications for the President, including telephone, email, mail, and fax.
- 2Handle office correspondence, filings, and all office systems to ensure smooth operations.
- 3Support business development activities, including marketing materials, events, appointments, and mailings.
- 4Proof and edit written materials and coordinate public relations activities.
- 5Process invoices, expense reports, and bookkeeping tasks.
- 6Reconcile accounts and prepare budgets for the division.
- 7Document bank procedures and policies, including security, compliance, safety, and privacy statements.
- 8Arrange travel and schedule meetings for the President.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 21-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3Previous experience in finance, financial analysis, or academic background in these areas preferred.
- 4Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 5Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 6Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 7Able to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- 8Able to hear, understand, and respond appropriately in person or via communication devices.
- 9Able to read and observe surroundings.
- 10Able to physically perform duties at the required speed, mobility, and force.
