The Event Operations Associate owns the day-of execution of in-person events, from setup to breakdown, at the Dallas Events venue. What You'll Do7
- 1Assemble tables, signage, and materials for event setup each shift
- 2Greet attendees and provide general support throughout the event
- 3Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment
- 4Answer basic questions and give directions to guests as needed
- 5Monitor event materials, restock, and adjust displays when necessary
- 6Communicate supply needs and event updates to team members
- 7Support event breakdown by packing materials and clearing the area
