The Estimator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct site inspections to assess fire mold and biohazard damage
- 2Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work
- 3Negotiate project scope with insurance adjusters
- 4Present restoration solutions and successfully sell and close projects
- 5Obtain client approvals and signed contracts to begin work
- 6Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
- 7Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth transition from sale to completion
- 8Manage assigned restoration projects and monitor progress
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
- 10Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system
- 11Drive performance metrics to meet deadlines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor`s degree preferred
- 31–3 years of estimating restoration project management or sales experience
- 4Valid driver`s license
- 5Experience with Xactimate required
- 6Mold Certification preferred
- 7AMRT certification required
- 8WRT certification preferred
- 9Lead Certification preferred
- 10Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 11Ability to assess property damage and prepare estimates
