- 1Estimate & Proposal Writing Create detailed estimates using standardized formatting
- 2Use SOW information and field data to price jobs
- 3Perform site visits or review photos to develop scope of work
- 4Provide supporting documentation and present proposals to clients
- 5Track open estimates and follow up proactively
- 6Manage estimate queue and assist Field Construction Manager
- 7Conduct routine property inspections to identify deficiencies
- 8Produce repair estimates based on inspection findings
- 9Onboard new clients with initial inspections
- 10Develop maintenance plans and pricing based on findings
- 11Manage onsite storage area inventory and billing
- 12Audit material expenses versus revenue
- 13Maintain organized storage area and help technicians obtain materials
- 14Assist with vehicle fleet inspections and documentation
- 15Support time card review and payroll assistance
- 16Help with technician management and oversight
- 17Support job costing profitability analysis
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong written communication and attention to detail
- 3Comfortable estimating from field-provided data and independent site visits
- 4Organized ability to manage multiple open estimates and deadlines
- 5Basic understanding of maintenance construction scopes and pricing
- 6Experience with light fleet and inventory management
- 7Prior estimating inspections or facilities maintenance experience is a plus
