What You'll Do11
- 1Integrate Ogle School’s Core Values of Respect Integrity Service Excellence and Teamwork into all interactions
- 2Support educational processes to meet budgeted expectations for retention and attendance
- 3Adhere to all federal state and regulatory statutes and company policies
- 4Maintain academic integrity and foster a respectful environment for students and staff
- 5Teach students to pass the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations exam and obtain career placement
- 6Ensure consistent student engagement through interactive learning activities
- 7Securely maintain facility supplies and tools for teaching and clinic guest services
- 8Monitor student attendance and evaluate satisfaction for guest services coaching
- 9Conduct grades counseling to ensure knowledge and salon skill development meet curriculum requirements
- 10Support company growth by attending meetings and events
- 11Provide additional support as assigned by senior management
Requirements10
- 1High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations license or equivalent
- 3Proven supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment
- 4Ability to read and interpret industry journals financial reports and policy manuals
- 5Strong communication skills for verbal written and demonstrative instruction
- 6Experience with campus software such as Ogle Appointment Book and Point of Sale
- 7Physical stamina to stand and walk frequently
- 8Basic math skills for calculating sales discounts and percentages
- 9Experience with data analysis and problem solving
- 10Familiarity with customer service best practices
